The credits you submitted during the entry process will be used in the One Show Design ceremony, the One Show Design Annual as well as on certificates, awards and other printed material. Now is your opportunity to correct any mistakes that may have been made during the initial entry process. It is important that you carefully review these credits and submit a final version.
No changes can be made after April 18th.

Verification must be submitted for all One Show Design finalists.
Every finalist entry must be accompanied by verification. We make every effort to maintain the standards of the One Show Design. The qualifications for entries state that work must have been published, produced or aired for the first time between January 1, 2007 and January 31, 2008.
For collateral, guerrilla and package design pieces, please include a letter from the client on company stationery verifying the ad.
If you cannot supply the necessary information for your work, we will be forced to disqualify the entry.

Each winning entry is awarded three Pencils or three Merit certificates. When finalizing your credits, you will have the opportunity to select the names you would like to allot to the awards. We award one to the agency, one to an art director and one to a copywriter. One Show Design has the option of selecting a designer in place of an art director or copywriter. When finalizing your credits you must enter which art director/designer and copywriter will receive the award.

Submit one digital image for each entry and each element of a campaign (no more than 5 images in a campaign, or a 1 or 2 image spread of all your elements for Corporate Identity campaigns) through the online system. Adhere to the following format:
FORMAT: JPEG
RESOLUTION: 300 DPI
COLOR: CMYK
IMAGE SIZE: The width or height of each image must not be more than 8 inches, 200 mm or 2400 Pixels
FILE SIZE: Maximum size 10MB.

For winners in the package design, direct mail and booklet/brochure categories, we strongly encourage the submission of vanity shots or pre-photographed images of your winning work suitable for publication. Some prior examples used at The One Show Design and in The One Show Design Annual are shown below.
BROADCAST DESIGN
For each broadcast design finalist, submit 3 consecutive screen grabs. For campaigns, submit 3 consecutive screen grabs for each spot.
FORMAT: JPEG
RESOLUTION: 300 DPI
ASPECT RATIO: 4:3
FILE SIZE: 800 x 600 PIXELS
SCRIPT: In addition to the screen grabs, we request that you also upload a copy of the script as an UNFORMATTED Microsoft Word document to accompany the images in our annual publication. Clearly mark DESIGN-BROADCAST, SCRIPT in the notes field provided in the file upload section of the site.

The One Club holds exhibitions of the winners and selected finalists in cities across the United States and in numerous countries around the world. Countries hosting the Traveling One Show include Brazil, China, Japan, South Africa and India. Therefore, we request that you send 4 ADDITIONAL prints/copies of each of your Pencil-awarded work to The One Club, by May 23, 2008. Print out the entry labels and attach them to the back of the work.
