BRANDING

• If submitting an Annual Report or a Booklet/Brochure, please submit the actual piece.
• A logo must be submitted on a thin, lightweight illustration board.
• Digital images and slides will not be accepted in this category.

CORPORATE IDENTITY

• Mount Corporate Identity elements (business cards, letterheads, envelopes, etc.) on a thin, lightweight illustration board no larger than 36"x48".
• A single in this category consists of only one element (i.e. A business card, a letterhead, etc.). A business card/ letterhead consisting of multiple pieces with one theme IS NOT a single.
• A campaign can consist of up to 10 pieces (i.e. A business card, letterhead, etc.)

PACKAGE/INDUSTRIAL DESIGN

• Only original packaging/products are accepted.

COLLATERAL DESIGN

• Christmas cards, greetings, etc. of a promotional nature for agencies or individuals may be entered here.
• Submissions must be in the original format. If a piece is larger than 48"x56," please submit a hi-res JPEG: 300 DPI, CMYK color, 2400 pixels.
• A campaign consists of 3-5 presentation boards, each board can contain multiple elements.

SPATIAL DESIGN/OUTDOOR

• Submit as a hi-res JPEG: 300 DPI, CMYK color. The longest side should be 2400 pixels. Label each file with its corresponding entry number. Slides and Prints will not be accepted in this category.
• A campaign consists of 3-5 pieces. Submit no more than 10 images when showing different angles or areas of an entry.
• Send all singles on one CD and all campaigns on a separate CD. Please affix entry labels to the CD or in an envelope attached to the CD.

PUBLICATION DESIGN

• Only commercially published books or magazines will be accepted into this category.
• Actual pieces must be submitted.

DIRECT MAIL

• This includes any advertising or promotional piece sent by mail, including 3-D pieces.
• P.O.P. posters cannot be rolled up and entered as direct mail.
• Actual pieces must be submitted.
• A campaign consists of 3-5 pieces.

BROADCAST DESIGN

• Network ID, typography, interstitials, title credits, motion graphics, show reels, music videos, broadcast design, branded content, etc.
• Currently, video materials can be submitted on NTSC Beta SP videotape.
• Combine all singles onto one tape and all campaigns onto one tape.

PUBLIC SERVICE/NON-PROFIT/ EDUCATION

• Submit actual piece.
• If a piece is larger than 48"x56," please submit a hi-res JPEG: 300 DPI, CMYK color, 2400 pixels on a CD..
