Matt is an acting SVP / Group Creative Director on the digital side. He hates writing bios in 3rd person, but he's going to keep with it for now, so as not to break format. Matt joined McCann in 2003, working as a copywriter in our San Francisco office, working on all things Microsoft and working hard to keep his nerd-hand strong. Growing tired of guys in butterfly suits, Matt decided to shift focus from traditional media to non, and jumped to NY to help grow our digital creative capabilities. He's never owned a TV. He's got more apps on his iPhone than most people have on their computers, and he thinks "geek" is a compliment. When he's not squinting at a screen, he's big on being in the middle of nowhere with a backpack and a book.
